New 110-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility nestled in the Ozarks.

The new 110-bed Silverstone Place Skilled Nursing sits atop a hill on 22 acres in Rolla, Missouri. This new facility contains 46 private units (including four bariatric spaces) and 32 semi-private units (including two bariatric spaces). The building is constructed of concrete slab-on-grade with wood frame, and the two-story wing is constructed of structural steel with a concrete slab on deck. The exterior is covered with cement board siding, cultured stone and an asphalt shingle roof, and the building is heated and cooled with PTAC units for the occupant bedrooms and rooftop units and conventional ductwork for the community spaces. Resident bedrooms have large operable windows and full bathrooms with roll in showers. A large physical therapy gym with an exterior sun deck provides space for rehabilitation services, and the facility also includes two interior courtyards, with one specially designed for rehab patient therapy. Additionally, the facility includes an activity center, full institutional kitchen, and two large dining rooms, one with a 26’ cathedral ceiling and a patio. The basement houses maintenance and support facilities.
