Established in 1989, E.M. Harris Construction Company is a full service general contracting and construction management firm. While based in St. Louis, Missouri, we have undertaken projects throughout Missouri and beyond. We manage new construction, general renovation and historic renovation projects for a variety of uses, including commercial, single-family homes, multi-family housing, education and non-profit. We have special experience with publicly funded and tax credit supported developments, many of which have multiple layers of funding, tight budgets and tight schedules.
