New apartment building provides 35 units of supportive housing in western Missouri. 

Financed with low-income housing tax credits, MHDC financing, and private financing, North Creek Apartments involved the construction of a new three-story, supportive housing, apartment building in Warrensburg, Missouri. Scope included construction of a panelized wood structure with a slab-on-grade foundation, brick veneer and vinyl siding, asphalt shingled roof, and metal awnings. The interior includes 35 units, administrative offices, therapeutic group rooms, and a recreational club room. Sitework included extensive site clearing and soil preparation, new utilities, driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and fencing.
