53-unit senior living facility is an essential component of multi-phase revitalization plan. 

Preceded by the construction of 41 new homes, and followed by the renovation of Beyond Housing’s headquarters, a new park/streets project, and construction of 41 additional homes, the Vetter Place Senior Living project was our third of six projects for Beyond Housing and an essential part of their multi-year effort to revitalize the St. Louis suburb of Pine Lawn. Located across from a new elementary school, the new 53-unit building included community rooms, an exercise room, and offices. Scope included construction of a two-story, slab-on-grade, panelized, wood frame structure, with brick veneer, Hardie plank siding, a flat roof with TPO membrane, and a sitework package, consisting of new utilities, fencing, and landscaping. The development received Enterprise Green Communities Certification.
