New apartment complex brings 127 units to Downtown St. Louis.

The Murphy Park Apartments Phase II development involved construction of a new 9-building apartment complex, comprising 127 units. Financed with a mix of private and public financing programs, including HUD HOPE VI and low-income housing tax credits, scope included sitework and the construction of two story, slab-on-grade, wood frame structures with brick veneer, vinyl siding, wood roof trusses, asphalt shingle roofing, fencing, and landscaping.
