Single family and duplex homes boost affordable housing in St. Louis’ Salisbury Park neighborhood.

Built in two phases and financed with low-income housing tax credits, Salisbury Park Homes involved construction of 34 new single-family and duplex homes in the Salisbury Park neighborhood of North St. Louis. Scope of work included one- and two-story panelized wood frame structures with vinyl siding and wood roof trusses with asphalt shingle roofing.  The project also included a sitework package, consisting of demolition of abandoned houses, all new sewer and water utility services, grading, fencing, and landscaping packages.
