New development provides supportive housing for persons with disabilities in rural Missouri.

Financed under HUD’s Section 811 housing program, Crawford Commons is an affordable supportive housing development in Cuba, Missouri. Built according to Green Building standard and 100% Universal Design, the project consists of two single-story buildings and includes 14 apartments, a community room and laundry room. Construction was slab-on-grade with wood frame, Hardie siding, asphalt shingle roof, and vinyl plank flooring. The project also included a parking lot and additional site work.
