Huntington Towers Senior Apartments

Refreshing a mid-rise senior living facility for national developer.

Portland, Maine-based developer Renewal Housing Associates tapped E.M. Harris for renovation of Huntington Towers Senior Apartments, a mid-rise senior living facility in New London, Connecticut. Renovations included replacement of windows, new boiler system, elevator, fire sprinkler, electrical, plumbing and flooring upgrades, new appliances, community room renovations, and more. All renovations occurred while residents occupied the building.
