Established in 1989 by Mike Harris, the firm specializes in multi-family residential and commercial projects throughout the state of Missouri with an emphasis on historic renovations and projects involving tax credits and public/private funding sources.
In addition to both market rate and affordable housing, E.M. Harris Construction has successfully completed numerous mid-rise new construction developments. E.M. Harris Construction has also developed a special expertise in the renovation of occupied multi-family developments.
